Nicely Done Sites: A tech boost for nonprofits

David Brooks of Nicely Done Sites developed a passion in nonprofit IT and Web development.

David Brooks started Nicely Done Sites in 2009, building websites for friends starting their own small businesses in York County.

Through the years, his client base grew, attracting nonprofits who found his rates a good fit for their limited budgets. As he designed charitable websites, David began developing a passion in nonprofit IT and Web development.

Today, at least half of the company’s work each year is donated to charitable causes for one simple reason: nonprofits are doing work he wishes he could do.

“They help feed and clothe the poor. They help with elder transportation and guidance.” David says. “These kinds of things are what we want to support as a company.”

He supports nonprofits by donating his time and expertise.

Our best way to help is to be catalysts to allow nonprofits to do what they do best. By alleviating their technology needs, we can help them move forward.
